The Society operates on an area of Bialystok, about 260 000 multicultural inhabitants. On a weekly basis more than 150 people participate in the activities, mostly women of 24 to 72-year-old. There are only 11 men as members! It is our aim to provide people varied, high quality and financially inexpensive education based on people's own needs. We ensure people a possibility to strengthen their own know-how, to acquire new skills as well as to get insights and learning experiences. The courses are generally arranged according to the wishes of the students : liberal adult education, history, arts, handicrafts, languages, economics, tourism, computing, fitness, pilates, kinesiology, dancing , IT-skills and many others.
